We all know that sending a normal email is not secure or private.  The nature of email communications is that normal email is sent and stored in plain text during its journey from sender to receiver and can be easily intercepted and read by unauthorized parties.  We know that you can encrypt email to prevent unauthorized access but it has always been too complex or expensive to implement.

Now there's a simple solution for enterprises, corporations and individuals, who want to protect their personal information or are required by law to protect the privacy of their clients due to regulations such as HIPAA.

To assist organisations to comply with privacy regulations, Mirrasoft has developed two simple solutions for sending and receiving secure Email.

• "Mirramail Secure Email" - a complete secure Email program with an integrated Contact Manager and Appointment Scheduler.

• "Mirracrypt - Encryption for Outlook" - an add-in for Outlook 2003/2007 to make sending and receiving an encrypted email as easy as normal email.

How easy...?

With "Mirracrypt - Encryption for Outlook", just select the Encryption required from the drop-down list and click the "Send" button.

With "Mirramail", sending Encrypted Email is just as simple.  Select the Encryption level required and click the "Send" button on the Mirramail toolbar.
