Add Mail Account settings for sending Armacrypt secure mail using Yahoo™

Using Armacrypt to send encrypted email requires an outgoing (SMTP) mail server.  Yahoo provides such a service and the following instructions outline the steps required to setup Armacrypt to use Yahoo's outgoing (SMTP) mail server. 

1. Click the "Tools" menu item on the Armacrypt toolbar and select "Accounts for sending Email" from the drop-down list.

2. Click the "New" button to enter details for the new mail account.

3. The "Account Description" field is local identifier for your mail account to differentiate multiple accounts.  The "Email Name" field is the name that will appear as the Sender of outgoing emails.  The "Email Address" field is the reply address unless you enter a different address in the "Reply Address" field.
   Enter the required information and click "Next" to add your mail server information.

4. Enter the Mail Server information required.  The Outgoing Mail Server address is "smtp.mail.yahoo.com".  The Account Name and Password are your Yahoo account credentials.  After entering the correct information, click "Next" to enter the advanced mail account settings required by Yahoo.

5. To finalise the settings for your Yahoo account, Yahoo recommend you select "Secure (SSL) connection required by server" on the Advanced tab.  The Outgoing Port number should be 465.  The Port number should change automatically when you select the Secure SSL check box.  Click "OK" or "Apply" to save you settings.
     Please note: We have found in our testing that these settings are not always successful.  If they do not work, we suggest using port 25 or 587 and not selecting the Secure SSL checkbox.  The information we have viewed on Yahoo's website confirms this contradiction.

6. Your account settings have now been saved.  Click "Close" to return to the main program, click "New" to add another mail account, or click "Edit" to modify the selected account.
